RVing Women Donates $15,600 to WHF to Educate Women about Heart Disease

Organization finds WHF's website and programs most helpful to women making critical decisions about their hearts

Trenton, NJ- Trenton, NJ - "My mother had a heart problem several years ago, and I used your website to help guide us," said Jan Harris of RVing Women when she called the WHF last November to announce RV Women's decision to donate to WHF. "Our entire organization did a web search and found your website to be the most helpful. By the way, my mom had an angioplasty and she is 72 years old and continues to do well to this day" she said.

"WHF is honored to receive this acclaim", said Bonnie Arkus, executive director and founder. "It is so rewarding to hear such good news as this as we know we are fulfilling our mission to save women's lives". The WHF website receives 4,000 visits a day and remains focused on gender-specific medicine and care that includes wellness and prevention programs. The WHF programs have received national and international recognitions for success at reaching out to women.
