1999-2001 Co-Director of Project COCERP: Development of culturally-based health data information for development, implementation and evaluation of a culturally competent model of care delivery in the community through education, practice and community partnerships. Funded for 2 years by Helene Fuld Health Trust for $113,500.

1998 Development of Exchange Program and Doctoral Education between St. Paul University, Tuguegarao, Philippines and Kean University. Fact finding visit to the Philippines funded by a $5,000 grant from Kean University.
