Non-Dairy Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

Preparation

2 cups organic rice milk
1 medium-sized ripe banana
1 tablespoon flax oil
2 large eggs
|
Place all ingredients into a blender
Puree for 1 minute
Place into a travel mug and Go.
|
This is a great low-carb breakfast for those who are milk-sensitive and on the run.
